THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OTHER WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSEDOR IMPLIED, THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH HEREIN.
The warranty herein shall be void if the product has been altered, abused, or misused, stored improperly or not cleaned in accordance with cleaning instructions.
Ballistic Panels: The ballistic panel is warranted to be of the same construction and design as the original N.I.J. certified model listed on the label. The design of the bullet resistant elements of this vest have been tested and certified by the National Institute of Justice and passed the compliance requirements of NIJ Standard-0101.06 for the level stated on the ballistic label. These bullet resistant elements are warranted for five years from date of purchase to be free from manufacturing defects. Upon timely notice, KDH Defense Systems, Inc. will repair or replace any vest in which, after examination by KDH Defense Systems, Inc., KDH Defense Systems, Inc. determines there is a manufacturing defect. This vest is bullet resistant, and will reduce the possibility of serious physical injury to the wearer. When worn, it is warranted to be bullet resistant for the life of the warranty under normal wear conditions and proper maintenance. There should be no expectation of bullet resistance in areas not covered by the ballistic panel. This vest is not warranted to be bulletproof.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER AND IS VOID AS TO:

1. Any vest that has been altered or modified in any way other than KDH Defense Systems, Inc. authorized factory alterations.
2. Damage as a result of abuse or misuse.
3. Damage as a result of improper storage or maintenance.
4. Penetrations as a result of ballistic testing.
5. The results of any specific ballistic testing.

Removable Covers: Removable machine washable covers shall be warranted for twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

The above warranty is the only warranty in effect on this product, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, THAT ARE IN EFFECT.

Important Information

By ordering and accepting KDH Defense Systems, Inc. vests and equipment, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the selection of the specific vest or product configuration (shape and size) and the determination of appropriate and adequate ballistic threat level capabilities (degrees of ballistic protection) were made solely by the Buyer (not by KDH Defense Systems, Inc.). The Buyer further acknowledges that its decisions concerning vest configuration and threat level capabilities were made with reference to anticipated threats and perils, the nature and extent of which were known only to the Buyer and not to KDH Defense Systems, Inc.

Note: Vest, vest serial number, proof of purchase and purchase date are required for service.
